We appreciated the nice pool. It has good sized rooms. We had easy check-in on arrival.

The sheets were crispy and clean and well located, central to Times Square and Broadway

Very inexpensive and great location, close to entertainment and restaurants

This hotel has a friendly reception. Beds were huge and lovely. For breakfast venue charges 12.95 USD per person per day. Besides, it has a public parking and free Wi Fi. The hotel of choice in New York City.

Our room was rather noisy due to the air conditioning equipment on the rooftop of the next building. Rooms facing other directions or on lower levels are probably ok.

Hotel was very near to facilities that we needed to ensure our holiday was good.

Bed difficult to get in and out for person sleeping nearest the wall

Staff is great, responsive, friendly and helpfull.

The entrance/lobby is ....unusual. Retro-look, combined with a lounge atmosphere. Make sure you're openminded, if the first glance is important to you.

The hotel was modern and quirkey. The bedroom we stayed in was comfortable and quite large, although we were upgraded, so I'm not sure what a standard room looked like.

The bar was not open when we wanted to use it. The pool was hired out for parties and again was not available for guest use.

Location is fantastic, just off Times Square, and hotel was good value for money in New York. We were also upgraded to a better room on arrival which was an unexpected bonus.

The food at breakfast is good, but it was often very busy and there were an insufficient number of tables to cater for the guests at any one time.

couldnt fault the hotel at all on arrival we were advised that our room had been upgraded at no extra cost, was a nice surprise.. it was ideally situated just a stone throw away from Times Square, very comfortable and ideal for the 5 day stay we had. Breakfast was more than enough to kick start your day. Would recommend the hotel to any one, Fantastic value for money

Having just got back from NYC i loved the room mate grace. The location was absolutely perfect, the best possible in NYC!! It was situated inbetween times square and broadway, as well as being located by major bus stops and subway lines. The hotel was very modern and chique, i would reccomend for younger people ( myself and partner both 22) as was playing alot of music and lively bar. The rooms were extremely clean and the service at the hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was great and had lots of choice, all really fresh and tasty.

the swimming pool was gorgeous but could have been a little warmer, as well as the steam room and sauna which some days were out of service. Apart from that no issues.

The location of the hotel was very good - we had a wonderful stay and was very impressed with all aspects - particularly the breakfast. The staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel - just one small point was that we bought a bottle of water from reception and felt that it was very overpriced at $4 for a small bottle.

i liked the greeting we received and the feel and decor of the room. I liked the shower being nonseparate from the bathroom and the laundry/dry cleaning service was prompt.

I would have liked the bar/pool to be open and available more often.. and stay open until the posted hours. As it turns out, Manhattan- or the Grace Hotel does sleep whenever they want.

Grace Hotel is very quirky and fun, but still comfortable as well. It is very international and the staff are very good. The pool and bar are fun and the prices are not too bad. Breakfast is good.

It would be good if there were more of the Petite rooms. If you are staying for business etc this is all you need. Prices could be a little lower.
