A memorable stay in NYC

The hotel was ideally located, allowing us to explore the city easily. Manager Angela's warm approach made our experience exceptional, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the elevator was quite slow, causing delays. we experienced a slight inconvenience when check-in was delayed, but it was manageable.

The room was cozy, but very cramped with limited seating.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids! The hotel was just a short walk from Times Square and made it easy to enjoy all the nearby attractions like museums and theaters. The clean rooms and friendly service made it feel like home during our trip.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Just a top selection for a brief stopover in New York with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was clean with a comfortable bed which made my stay pleasant. Try to ask for a room away from the traffic to minimize noise.

Great location and comfy stay

The room was spacious and featured a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a cozy seating area. The shower was awesome and the room was super quiet, even being on the fourth floor. Staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Perfect spot, just steps from Times Square and close to a Walgreens too.

I thought I'd booked a room, not a shoebox—showering with an audience isn’t my idea of luxury!

Man, those crisp shrimp at Bubba Gump hit the spot after a long day of exploring. And don't sleep on Junior's for their legendary cheesecake—totally iconic! Plus, the staff were friendly, and the location was unbeatable, just a hop away from Times Square!

Getting up into that platform bed was no walk in the park, and forget about squeezing in two folks on that one stool. The dim hallways were a bit spooky, especially when nature called in the middle of the night.

I loved the clean, cozy rooms with really good soundproofing. The comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to many attractions. The friendly staff were always available to help. Complimentary water delivery was a nice touch. 👍

during my stay at 45 times square, i loved the cozy boutique vibe and the friendly staff. the rainfall shower was a lovely touch that made my experience special.
